Named after Grace Stiles, a renowned teacher, historian, and philanthropist, this estate honors the community's rich African American heritage. As one of the few black-owned short-term rentals in the area, we proudly offer a unique historical experience.

Inside, you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a multifaceted kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wooden countertops, a washer and dryer, blackout curtains for restful sleep, and central heat and AC for year-round comfort.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
No pets, parties, candles, incense, or smoking on the property. The roof is also off-limits to guests as it is very dangerous. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
