"It was not as grimey or disgusting as I expected it to be. Bed was very comfy. Great location right between the Shawangunks and thr Catskills. Does look abandoned on the outside. Probably the oddest hotel I have been to. This place has a lot of potential, just needs some sprucing up."

"It’s not like the pictures, first the directions are a little sketchy, you have to park your car away from the tent , toilet was a portable potty had to walk a distance to use it . To take a shower you have to go across the street and call the guy at the barn to let you inn . We got up in the m and left , it was not to far from Bethel woods that was a good thing . The host Rose is very nice ."

"I don't like to put negative energy out into the Universe BUT... from the steep slippery stairs to the upside down entry door to the lack of water- no water at all in the morning- then the sulfuric water. And then there was the creepy cat picture on the wall. We named the place the S King Lodge after our favorite horror writer. The stairs alone are a red red flag.
