"We love this place! This was our second time to stay in this house, and we liked it just as much as the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes we needed, and the appliances are up-to-date - the icemaker even works (many in vacation rentals don't!). The bedding is super comfortable. We also love the fire pit out back and enjoyed roasting marshmallows for smores. The grill works great too. We used both both times we were there. We also enjoy the park within walking distance...

"The only suggestion would be to add a chest of drawers in the bedrooms. When staying over a few days, the very small ones found in the closets do not hold all personal belongings. Also, although it did not hinder the over-all stay, the weeds in the front of the house needed to be pulled. And a few more wash cloths would have been helpful."

"Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "

"The host was wonderful! She was very attentive and friendly. The house was perfect for our needs, close to family and things to do. The kids loved playing air hockey and running around at the playgrounds across the street (jungle gyms on other side of school too)! We enjoyed the fire pit - wood and fire starters worked perfectly! Beds were so comfy, nobody wanted to wake up in the mornings and we had such sound sleeps. We would recommend this place to others and would have no qualms about...
