OJ's - luxury retreat minutes from shopping and restaurants

The new OJ's is a luxury retreat in the beautiful spa town of Daylesford, 50 metres from the main shopping centre with it's myriad of cafes, wine bars, award winning restaurants and shopping. A short stroll will take you to the lake, or you may like to try the hatted Lake House restaurant and wander back to your retreat. OJ’s can sleep 6-there is one queen bedroom, one double, as well as a king or if you prefer, twin. All beds have beautiful French linens, and electric blankets for those chilly Daylesford nights. The cosy lounge has a gas log fire, which makes the living areas nice & toasty. There is also air-con/heating in all the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a storm, or just laze in the courtyard or on the deck and take in the beautiful views of Daylesford.

This was a gorgeous cottage, so well equipped and beautifully decorated. The cottage is just a short walk to the main street of Daylesford, which is full of cafes, galleries and gift shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very welcoming & helpful. The home was cozy on a cold rainy day & had everything we needed. Location is close to the local cafes & shops - a lovely stroll or less thab a 5 min drive. Beautiful views from the balcony. Breakfast & pantry items supplied were perfect for us. OJ’s is beautifully decorated and well located in Daylesford. Unfortunately it was very cold and raining when there however we still managed to visit the lake and walk around part of it. We loved looking around at the shops in Daylesford and eat at the local restaurants.

Cute cottage and great location. Had a fire that would have added to the ambience but it didn't work. Reverse cycle heaters were adequate. BYO toiletries, only hand wash provided.

This is our 4th stay at OJs- Jane has moved location but her style, charm and high level of comfort has moved with her to the new location. OJs is in a great spot - 5 minute walk to the main st and with the most amazing view from the deck. Jane has provided a quality decor that is inviting and restful . Delightful cottage in close to main attractions of Daylesford
Jane is a great hostess - she communicated well with us prior to our stay and was on hand to answer any questions. She even 'puppysat' for us the first night! The cottage is located less than a 5 min walk from the main street of Daylesford and just a 5 minute walk down to the Lake. Very comfy beds and a well stocked kitched - and a lovely treat of Easter eggs for us to fill up on. The garden had loads of seated areas to sit and enjoy coffee and read. Highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay Jane!

A lovely home with all the trimmings
We loved staying at OJs, Jane greeted us on arrival and we settled in quickly to the delightfully appointed rooms, complete with linen sheets, plush towels and robes. Jane's thoughtfulness extended to include two bottles of champagne and chocolate on arrival and this touch of luxury was much appreciated. The location is great, easy walk to the main shops and restaurants, we would definitely stay here again!
