「Disappointed that a service apartment didn’t have drinking water. The gas stove was disconnected so we couldn’t cook. The place is falling apart, not clean. The sofa set in the living room looks dirty and has wet spots and dark marks. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying on this property. 」

「Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket. I send the owner a video to which they promised to send someone to fix it, but they never. There is also serious electrical metre problem at the property . We kept on recharging...
