"The Manor was exceptional clean, spacious, with a Victorian presence. Each couple had their own restroom. It was in a great location. We needed parking for three cars and Carrie accommodated us with a spot at a different facility at no cost. We arrived early from Florida and were able to enter the establishment. "This is the third time I've stayed in one of Shawn's rentals. The rental was close to my family's house which was plus for me when driving back at night. It had everything I needed. I did a lot of cooking while there and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans and utensils. "

"I have nothing but great things to say about this property. From the moment we booked, the host was in communication and gave us all the info we needed right up until the second we checked out. We opted to rent the golf cart which I recommend doing as it’s so much easier to get around and find parking. The home had everything we needed plus more! It’s walking distance into town or a very short golf cart ride and same to the beach! If you’re on the fence then this is your sign to book it!"

"My youngest son recently moved to Charleston / Mt Pleasant. We as family came to him via this lovely home. We celebrated a tradition Thanksgiving there and everything was excellent. The location allowed us to easily manage all the Charleston area has to offer. We played golf , toured downtown and visited the beach areas. Great restaurants and good times had by all. The home was perfect, very comfortable and well equipped. "

"Stayed here for Christmas week. House in great shape very well appointed and Steve was excellent host. Very comfortable for 8 people and parking was helpful. Only issue was location as to far toWalk to town but easy access to drive in. Location is in gentrifying neighborhood but quiet and peaceful "

"Beautiful Apartment with all the amenities. Perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed it so much we booked an additional night. Very quiet upscale neighborhood. 20-25 minutes to Downtown Charleston. Loved the entire area. This was our 1st visit here and will definitely be back."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is great. Perfect location for Folly Beach. Walking distance to everything and right on the beach. The hotel is older so the rooms are a little dated, but it was fine. We enjoyed our stay."
