「We come to McMinnville once a year with another couple for a wine country weekend. We plan our travel based on availability of this apartment and stay here every time. It is in the perfect location- on the Main Street steps from coffee, restaurants, etc. It has a lovely and very large kitchen and living area that looks out on main street. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are perfect for two couples. Beds are super comfortable with high quality linens and great pillows. We love this place!」

「What a quiet and relaxing weekend! Mr Donovan and his property are just truly amazing! We had a lovely stay in this rustic place. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook simple meals and just hang out. We enjoyed walking the property and surrounding neighborhood, and I really loved Looking at his pottery shop and talking with Mr. Donovan. 「I would highly recommend this property. The home and property were outstanding. Very comfortable bedrooms and common areas and plenty of areas (firepit, sitting areas, etc) to congregate as a group to exchange stories and talk about the day.Nice home base for visiting the areas wonderful wineries. The owner introduced us to the animals (horses, goats, chickens and dogs). Lots of animals, but still very quiet place to relax. And fresh eggs to boot!Great views as well.」

「This place was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and it’s only 5 mins from a major grocery store. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you want that option. Parking was easy, the area was very quiet and the unit was clean. We were only about 10 mins from the university which made it easy to visit. We would love to stay here again in the future! 」

Everyone got a decent bed, and there was more than enough space for all 16 of us to enjoy!The only major let down was a stinkbug infestation which we had to clean up on the first night.
