Nice property
Nice comfortable property. Kitchen is beautiful except it’s missing a vent hood and cooking utensils beyond nice skillets, knives and pans—fyi bring mixing bowls, cookie sheets etc if you plan to cook or bake a lot. Pool is lovely. Would definitely stay here again despite the neighbors signs not liking the fact the property is a rental.

Neighbors & Pool disappointing
The neighbors are very upset about the home being a VRBO. "HOMES NOT HOTELS" signs in all neighbors yards and "you are a nuisance" "rental is destroying our neighborhood" just to mention a few on tree facing into backyard, just very unwelcoming. Pool needs to be resurfaced so it looks terrible and was also dirty. I thought maybe it was just the resurface needing done but when I used the brush to try and get a frog out of the pool lots of dirt stirred up from the bottom. Bottom trundle beds upstairs had an old pizza box with pizza in it - I'm not sure if I was more concerned about the old pizza or that nobody pulled that bed out to check or change the sheets, lucky we didn't need that bed. Master bedroom didn't have hot water so that was a challenge with everyone trying to get ready each day. TV in the game room didn't work which is where the younger crowd was so not ideal. Upstairs was 87 degrees when we checkin even though I request a/c be on due to a previous review Overall nice house but but the uninviting neighborhood and the possible unchanged sheets and lack of hot water in the master made it less that great. Owner did say they would have been happy to address issue they could but we had a short busy weekend with friends and family. They need to be more up front about the neighbors and condition of pool in my opinion as I probably would have chosen something different if I had been aware. I agree with other reviews that it COULD be a great VRBO.

They haven’t mastered VRBO yet but could!!
This was a recently listed VRBO. There were some problems but the manager was easy to contact. The house was 95° upon arrival and took 24 hours to cool off in the hot water had to be reset there were plenty of towels but no toilet paper, Manager gave us the pass code to get into the supply closet to get more and sent us donuts on Saturday morning to make up for the problems. The pool had a significant amount of algae growing, but the water was clear, and the chlorine was balanced. Neighbors were unaware that it was a Vrbo and complained about too much noise at two in the afternoon. It was kids swimming and laughing! We would definitely go back and manager will get the kinks worked out!!
