Booked this VRBO over 3 months in advance and the one thing I can say is the communication with the host was incredible. The condo was clean and it was in a gated community.. NICE! Great experience!
Spacious unit with a great location! Unit is perfect for a family or couples. Great kitchen with all the necessary utensils and gadgets for cooking full meals. Hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with, any and all questions were answered immediately! Location is perfect for access to local attractions, great dining options and grocery stores. Would recommend and would stay again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience in Dallas!

Perfect
First impression on walking into the apartment was that it smelled so clean and fresh! Everything was there for a perfect stay. The host was extremely helpful in getting me into the apartment and providing all needed information. Since I am a non-techie (age 80), he helped me, very patiently, get into the apartment comfortably. Great personal assistance. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for wedding at nearby venue
The apartment was a great location for our sons wedding at Chapel Ana Villa. Apartment has cute decorations and clean. Close to Grandscape. We ran in the morning in nearby neighborhood. Day after the wedding we all use the pool for family fun in hot Texas. Kitchen had enough items to cook, but mostly just basics. Keurig coffee pot and pods supplied. Table for 6 to eat. Host is responsive and very helpful. Would stay again and recommend.

Great Location
The condo/apartment was in a safe/clean/convenient location. Near tons of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We drove to the Magnolia Silos one day (1 hr 45 min), spent a day at the pool, and spent a day visiting the farmers market in downtown Dallas (25 min) and an evening at Grandscapes (10 min) for dinner and live music. The convenience of Grandscapes meant lots of dinner and entertainment options which was great! Our hosts were communicative, responsive, and respectful. Our condo was clean and mostly well stocked. We provided a few suggestions to take the condo from great to outstanding and our hosts were responsive and appreciative.

Nice location, not a very welcoming space
We stayed for 5 nights with our four kids and my parents, in town to see the solar eclipse. The check-in process was rather clunky, and we weren’t given our check-in information until five minutes before we could check-in, which made coordinating with a large group arriving at different times challenging. The space was clean, but one of the bathroom doors was locked when we arrived and we had to find a screwdriver to take apart the doorknob in order to get in. There was also only three rolls of toilet paper (the host did arrange for a delivery for more when we noticed we were out). There are signs warning that scam/fraud will be prosecuted in the living room, which didn’t feel very welcoming. The kitchen was pretty bare-bones and didn’t have very many pots/pans, or things you’d expect to see in a kitchen like a pizza cutter, strainer, containers/bowls, or dish towels. We ate most of our meals out, but if we had tried to cook I think we would have had a hard time. No blow dryer in the bathrooms either. I was hoping there would be a stash of board games/puzzles or something like that, for kids/adults to be able to enjoy time together, but they didn’t have any. Overall it is in a great location with plenty to do close-by, and the condo pool is nice as well, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re hoping to spend more than just sleeping time in the space.
