A modern, clean hot spring hotel that pampers you once you step in. Staff are very polite and when they show you to your room, they leave their shoes outside! Very spacious room with hotspring tub and excellent in house made petit fours on welcome. Good semi buffet breakfastin the restaurant. The outdoor hotspring is gorgeous. Walkable to major tourist spots. Hotel also provide shuttle service to 2 mrt stations. Front desk staff Sean, Holly, n Meggy are really helpful😍

The dinner and breakfast buffets were wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the spa and the jacuzzi.
