"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. "When I arrived around 1:30pm, there was no one in the lobby, we had to go to the family home in the back to yell for a person to come to the desk.
