Everyday, they would clean our rooms, provide us with water, and help us with information we need, The hotel is close to the beach, lots of shopping and food. The front desk Lani and Nelly are very hospitable, efficient, friendly, very helpful, nice, and their professionalism is extremely excellent. I will stay there again. As sorry breakfast, Hung and Pink are also very friendly, very accommodating and welcoming. Housekeeping changes everything in your room on a daily basis. Overall , satisfaction and definitely recommend. No negative comments.

It was very close to the beach. The grocery store was downstairs with restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, as were the cooks and servers. The reception staff Gnart, David, Lani, Nelly and others, were friendly and helpful and very professional. We would stay again.

We had a few issues with the room including noisy AC, shower leaking everywhere, safe and fridge didnt work (both were both fixed when asked). The amenities arent the greatest, but service was good. The breakfast buffet is not great either.

Good place, great location...everything works.
In the room, A/C, wifi, hot water, mini fridge & daily housekeeping were great. The bed was just a bit too hard for me but, that's a minor issue. The location was excellent, close to the beach & restaurants, and, despite being on a busy street, it was very quiet at night. Buffet breakfast seemed to have something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the eggs fried as you like them, the delicious fruit variety &, the steamy hot pot of soup broth available every day.

From the time that you check in...the hotel staff goes to work making sure that everything is to your liking. They will check on you daliy and you feel pampered beyond belief. The rooms were safe, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was near food, stores, coffee, shopping, and the beach. The breakfast buffet was perfect with so many food selections. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to guarantee that your stay was the best experience it could be. Great recommendations on food, shopping, tours, and anything else you need. Again, they will make you feel like royalty. P.S. Dear Ruby Star management don't ever let Lani and Gnart leave...they are Awesome!! Please give them a pay raise :)

便利な場所にあります。部屋は清潔でした。WIFI速度もありました。エレベーターもすぐ乗れます。スタッフも親切でした。朝食は普通です。シャワーブースにドアがないためか、シャワーの水勢が弱かったです。近くにライブハウスがあるのか、夜中まで絶叫音がしてました。体調が悪くなり予備のタオルを頼みましたが、２時間待っても届かず、２回目の連絡でようやく届きました。ボディソープの上を持ち上げて移動させようとしたら、上部がすっぽ抜けて落下、陶器製容器が壊れました。申告したら、200,000VND請求されました。免責はないのですかね。
