「Welcoming, very pleasant & helpful staff. Room clean & modern. Stairs quite steep, there is a lift to the 1st floor only, suppose because it is an older building. Food very good, beautifully presented & great flavours. Our bugbear was the flies in the buffet area & restaurant at breakfast- maybe this was weather related as it had very wet then hot. We very much enjoyed our stay」

Marie est une personne chaleureuse, à l'écoute et et elle donne de très bons conseils. L'emplacement de la chambre d'hôte est juste magnifique au pied du sanctuaire. La propreté des lieux est optimale. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Une place de parking à 2 pas de la chambre est fort appréciable. 「Rocamadourの中のCite medievaleの中に位置するので夜遅くまでRocamdourの中世の雰囲気を楽しみたい方にお勧めします。このホテルは６世代続くご家族が経営されているそうでスタッフの方はたくさんいますがどなたも温かみを感じるサービスでした。お部屋は最近改装されたのかきれいで落ち着いたインテリアでした。ただ建物が古いので周りの部屋の音はやっぱり聞こえます。夜は静かなので大丈夫でしたが上階を歩く人の音とか。朝食のレストランは窓際に座れたので崖の風景を楽しめました。朝食は野菜がないのがちょっと残念でした。車は荷物だけホテル前で降ろして先の門をくぐって左に降りていった坂のところに無料で停めることができました。」
