"Very nice hotel in the center of Mendoza"

"This group goes out of their way to ensure travelers are taken care of. They can help with tours, give great advice on vineyards, have an excellent cellar themselves. The rooms are comfortable. The pool was open, even early in the season. Lovely places to gather and enjoy end of the day conversation. I also appreciated the travel guides in their bookcase. It was helpful to have our own water bottles with us."

"The location is perfect, a few blocks away from the center plaza and many little cafes and restaurants, located on a quiet street, very safe area. The service was top notch, everyone at the desk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The owners actually work at the Posada, all 3 are very friendly and have some good English. Delicious breakfast included from 8-10:30 am, they also helped us get a really great wine tour and a fantastic Alta Montaña tour which took us to the foothills of the very...

"Our whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was extremely professional, courteous and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting Mendoza again soon just to stay at the hotel again."

"A great location. However, property and facilities tired and dated. Electricity, wifi and aircon patchy service and no communication from staff about what was happening. Service was poor and unfriendly - for example for the majority of our stay no one was available on the front desk, and when they were they seemed inconvenienced to have to call taxis/ make reservations etc. Check in was hours late with no apology - we were reluctantly offered a snack which on check out they tried to charge for."
