Not enough staff checking in, huge queues of people complaining. The poor receptionist was snowed under and taking so much abuse from unhappy customers. When asked for an iron and board I was told to go to the shopping centre a few minutes away - very poor service.

Estivemos no hotel por uma noite só, mas foi o suficiente pra não querer retornar. Atendimento muito ruim, do começo até o fim foi terrível. Chegamos com o elevador quebrado, estávamos no andar 16, esperamos concertarem e ninguém disse quando estava pronto. Ninguém pra te ajudar com malas, tínhamos chegado de uma viagem longa e ninguém ofereceu ajuda, nem na entrada ou na saída. Paguei a mais pra ter um quarto maior com sofá, mesa e cadeiras, mas nao consegui usar o sofá porque estava nojento com marcas em todo lado, joguem fora se não conseguir limpar! Pedimos comida no hotel porque estávamos cansados, foi com certeza a pior pizza de frango com catupiry que já comi, o suco de abacaxi estava tão aguado que nem gosto de abacaxi tinha. Na saída pedi um carro de aplicativo porque a recepção do hotel não chama nem sabe número de táxi nenhum, os motoristas não param na frente, 5 cancelaram até que um veio. Pra mim 1 estrela e nada mais, bem medíocre esse hotel!

Bathroom door wasnt working well! No restaurant menu available in the room! Amenities got worst since the last time i was there. The rooms are very noise, we can hear people talking. They couldn't find my reservation, took forever to check in! The night waiter was a sweetheart, too bad he had to go because of the time, restaurant closes way too early for a big city. The staff were nice!

Quick Curitiba Stay
Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Hotel.com said I was getting a single bed but I think it was a mistake in the room description, it was a queen size bed. Hotel had elevador issues. Close to shopping mall, but otherwise the area did not seem that great. Not dangerous, but commercial. Normal Brazilian hotel breakfast, dont expect too much. Would not have a problem staying here again.

Great breakfast; ripe fruits, and eggs to order. Ate dinner there also and quality was very good. Mostly, walked to the mall for dinner and shopping. English speaking staff is limited, as expected. Bed was very comfortable. WIFI was weak and very slow so I also used the public areas to use my laptop. Lobby and 1st floor areas were fast 54mps. Room windows open so fresh air is nice to have.

Ótimo hotel, café da manhã muito bom. Quarto amplo e limpo. A torneira do chuveiro não fechava completamente e ficava vazando água. O estacionamento coberto no mesmo prédio do hotel estava lotado, colocamos o carro no estacionamento ao lado, local fechado com portão eletrônico, porém sem cobertura e não tinha acesso direto pelo hotel, somente pela rua, por conta da chuva isso atrapalhou um pouco.

Precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos...
Hotel está precisando de uma manutenção e limpeza bem profundas (limpeza deixou a desejar), disposição do chuveiro muito ruim e fica virado para abertura da porta do box e consequentemente vazando água pra fora ao esquentar a água, apartamento escuta perfeitamente o do lado (acústica ruim) e por último o checkin foi muito demorado, 2 pessoas para atendimento (muito atenciosas, diga-se de passagem) mas, demoram muito para atender os hóspedes e causando incômodo nas pessoas que aguardavam o checkin. Apenas mais rapidez e praticidade. Tudo isto que estou relatando tratasse de uma crítica construtiva e espero que o hotel possa avaliar e tentar melhorar nestas questões.

Temos benefícios que o Hotéis.com nos oferece que já é a terceira estadia que compramos lá e nunca está disponível. Quarto extremamente barulhento, liga o chuveiro do quarto vizinho e parece que a pessoa está tomando banho na minha cama. Da para escutar a pessoa acendendo o isqueiro no quarto ao lado. A TV só faltou ser de cubo, super velha que não cabe colocar um streaming, imagem ruim e áudio pessimo. A cama de casal são duas camas de solteiro juntas que colocaram uma ao lado da outra, a cabeceira é separada e fica um buraco no fundo. Atendentes do restaurante da parte de reposição extremamente grosseiros, recepção na parte da manhã a pessoa na em respondeu o obrigada que falamos. O hotel cobra muito e oferece pouco
