"Desde el momento en que llegué, cálida bienvenida y, para mi sorpresa, ofrecieron un upgrade gratuito de habitación. ¡Qué detalle tan agradable! La habitación era espaciosa, con cama cómodas que aseguraron un buen descanso. Todo impecablemente limpio, lo cual es siempre un gran plus. El desayuno espléndido, con una variedad de opciones deliciosas. Además, los recepcionistas fueron increíblemente amables y serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Su atención al detalle y su disposición para hacer que mi estancia fuera perfecta realmente marcaron la diferencia. En resumen superó todas mis expectativas y sin duda volveré en mi próxima visita a La Habana."

"I never leave reviews, but we had such an amazing experience that I feel compelled to let everybody know. My husband and I stayed here for three nights and the staff is unlike any other hotel I have ever been to, and we travel often. Everyone was so helpful and really made us enjoy our stay. Also the food is very good and very reasonably priced. They really pay attention to detail when it comes to the presentation and complementary treats. I cannot say enough about this hotel and we really appreciated them so much. They arranged all of our taxis, reservations to restaurants and anything else we needed all with smiles. The hotel itself is also beautiful and the rooms very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel :)"

"This place was absolutely amazing. It is a very cute hotel in the center of old havana but the hotel staff and their attention to detail is what did it for me. Firs off and most importantly the staff makes you feel like family. They tell you the do's and donts of navigating the city they also helped us to book tours with local trusted drivers so we wouldnt get scammed. The food was amazing!!! I litterally ate breakfast there every day. The hotel staff is very attentive and very kind. I got a cold one day and at some point every single staff member checked on me and asked if there was anything they could do for me. This by far exceeded my expectations and i will for sure stay here next time im in town. Thank you staff for your hospitality and making us feel like family. "
