We can't wait for you to come and enjoy our little piece of paradise on a DEEP WATER CANAL right off of the beautiful Crystal River. Bring your Water Toys! Park your boat in the covered 24' Boat Lift w/8’clearance(LIFT STAYS LOWERED IN WATER DURING YOUR STAY). Parking for 1 trailer across from the driveway.
Ft Island Park Boat Ramp is close by.
Grill some lunch up on our gas grill (propane provided). Enjoy your dinner on the screen lanai. Blend some drinks, and don’t worry about ice, we have you covered with your own ice machine! Play a game of cards (indoor and outdoor games available) or just kick back and enjoy a good book. Boat or go by vehicle to one of our many Waterfront Restaurants and Tiki Bars.
There is an abundance of local wildlife that frequents our canal. Manatees, Dolphin, Otters, Tarpon, Bald Eagles, and Blue Heron just to name a few. Take one of our kayaks to the open of the canal or drive out to Ft Island Beach and watch the most beautiful sunset!
For the adventuresome take a kayak ride to one of the many nearby Crystal-Clear Blue Springs and cool off with water temperatures of 72 degrees year-round. Swim, Snorkel, or Scuba with the MANATEES at 3 Sisters Springs, King Springs, or Hunter Springs.
The Gulf of Mexico is less than 15 minutes by boat. Head left out of our canal and enjoy offshore fishing (Grouper, Red snapper, etc.) or Scalloping with clearly marked channels that take you right to the Gulf of Mexico.
Catch Snook, Bass, Tarpon, and more in the river and off of our dock.
Snuggle up to the fire (firepit w/a fire log provided).
There are many walking/hiking trails in the area. Redfish Hole Trail is a 1.4-mile nature trail. Only a half mile away. Bring your fishing pole and catch a Redfish. Walk or you can use one of our bikes to get you there.
Outside we have Kayaks and Bikes for you to use.
Th house is fully Furnished. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed, TV, Extra sheets, pillows, and Alarm Clock. Both Guest rooms offer 2 twin beds with Extra sheets, and pillows. Fully stocked kitchen. Refrigerator with ice maker, Stove/Range, Microwave, Keurig and Drip Coffee Pot with ground coffee and pods, Blender, Crock Pot, Rice cooker, and Toaster. Home includes 2 10' Kayaks w/ life jackets, Outdoor Propane Grill (propane provided), Indoor & Outdoor games, Washer & Dryer, Basic soaps. FREE WI-FI. 50’ Seawall- 40' fixed dock. No fencing on dock. Covered Boat Lift (LIFT STAYS LOWERED IN WATER DURING YOUR STAY). Enjoy the large screen patio with dining table and outdoor sofa. Parking for 4 vehicles and 1 boat trailer. 1 spot in Covered carport, 3 spots in front and 1 spot across from driveway.
