"Very clean and friendly staff. This is the 3rd time staying at the liner. The only thing to complain about is the room was very hot, fan was supplied but very noisy. Pillows too hard. "

"The place was spacious and clean, the host greeted us at the entrance and walked through the property. It was cold and the property was not heated, we were told it should warm up in about 30 minutes. When we came back to the property a few hours later it was cold with no heat. My kid had to sleep dressed in a hat. The host said we should have turned on a "button" that we didn't know about. "

"Last minute booking thought wed booked a double toom but its a party hitel eith 6 bedded rooms The girdt room we were shown was dark eith 6 beds Our toom was changed to a lighter room.eith two huge sofas rather than beds The teception and bar areas ate dark too Staff really helfull,friendly andbin a grest central.location Breakfast great too omly gripe only scrambled egg no.poached or scrambled "

"It’s an old building with a certain charm. It’s a little tired around the edges - certainly in the bedroom. Our bed was very soft and bowed in the middle like a hammock but somehow slept fine - the wine probably helped! The dining room was smart and the continental breakfast basic/limited but functional. "

"Onsite parking, cheap compared to other hotels. Great location on the docks. All the comfortable facilities in the room. Very comfy bed and pillow. Was abit disappointed the bath room felt like it had not been properly cleaned the floor seemed to need moping and there was a hair in the bath. The room was very spacious and there are coffee and tea facilities. We didn’t have time to go to the spa and gym but this was a great added bonus. Very nice hotel and everything was thought about. "

"Staff members were extremely helpful booking in was so easy even got an early check in. Margie in the restaurant very accommodating and the young man serving on the bar nothing too much trouble. Very clean my only downside not keen on hotel being on an industrial estate "
