"We loved our time there! The cottage was so well maintained; clean, modernized, ample parking. We liked the way everything was laid out! The host had obviously put some thought into how everything came together. I’m a fan of local culture, and appreciated the book of photographs by the local naturalist! In Apalachicola, we bought two photographs from the Emmy award winner Richard Bickel! The guidebook, albeit outdated, was appreciated and still useful! I was happy to have the dishwasher, large shower, and laundry on site. I would recommend putting in a horizontal grab bar in the shower for safety purposes. We will definitely be back next year!"

"The place is as advertised. The house has an open kitchen, dining and large living area which was nice. It is located in a great area with the pines giving some privacy. Just a short walk to the beach where we caught popano in the surf. "
