It was quick,easy and customer service was easy to reach. The room was clean and spacious. It is close to Union Market and the metro so getting around was easy. There is a grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. Cons: the water pressure wasn't great and the beds are not super cozy. But...

"This was my first apartment hotel stay. I loved it! You will have to clean and stock your own room. The hotel does provide broom and dustpan per request. I think you can find more information on thier website. Our room was clean and reminded me of a cute studio . The neighborhood is in the city which will have some noise. The hotel does supply ear plugs and a sleep sound machine which is awesome! Front desk staff i dealt with were nice. I will stay here again :)"

"We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor."

"Great stay. Property was as described, clean and easily accessible to most of the sites to see. I want to give a huge shout out to Ayana. After my stay, I left an envelope of cash at the property. I realized it and contacted her to retrieve it. She contacted her cleaner who found it. She sent the balance back to me through Zelle. Props to Ayana! I highly recommend staying at her property. We wanted a kitchen along with a washer and dryer, this gave us both! This does have stairs to walk up to the level and then down into the apartment.
