「The hotel is located within some outstanding scenery with Loch Alvie literally on your doorstep. We were all made to feel welcome, including Dizzy the dog , and the chefs produced some delicious food as we sat near a blazing log fire. Room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The only grumble we would have is that we were charged for our dog's stay on a nightly basis, to cover additional cleaning, as opposed to per visit, you would only clean the room once even after 2 nights stay.」

「Great hotel for families with plenty activities on site and nearby. Only downfall was it was a bit noisy with squeaky floorboards so you could hear everybody walking down corridors but that wouldnt put me off staying again as all the other plus points more than made up for it.」

「Had a lovely 2 night stay in the Cairngorm Suite with my husband and 2 kids (5years & 4 months old). Firstly the location was perfect and in walking distance to countless pubs, restaurants, shops etc. The room itself was beautiful and the bedroom especially was incredibly spacious. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding/duvets etc all felt really good quality. Bathroom was spotless, the shower wasnt very powerful but thats being pernickety. Plenty of storage space throughout the suite...

Bed and bedding was comfortable, but was only a small double bed, presumably because the room was quite small. We will stay again , but will book a bigger room next time.」

「Absolutely lovely staff so helpful. Huge choice at breakfast served by friendly helpful staff. Food well cooked and presented. Bike repair issue meant we could not leave for home until much later in the day. Offered the use of residents lounge for waiting. Highly recommended. 」
