Pode ser simples, mas tem que estar arrumado.
Equipe que me atendeu ok. Quarto com muito cheiro de mofo e tudo muito velho, me trocaram de quarto mas ainda assim estava com cheiro de mofo, pedi um quarto melhor ou se pelo menos um sem cheiro, mas aí teria que fazer upgrade de categoria, não há problema em ser o mais simples a reserva o problema são as condições, e na última noite meu ar-condicionado deu um curto, aí enfim me deram um quarto melhor.
