"Overall compared to my other accommodation experiences - this one was great. Breakfast was high quality and large in variety. Staff is professional and someone was available to help even at 3am. "The hotel was great, clean and excellent customer service. There was always someone on the desk when we went in and out. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast was lovely. The rooftop bar had a really nice atmosphere and stunning views. The location was right by the main shops, restaurants and Duomo Cathedral, but at the same time just tucked around the corner so it wasn’t too busy outside the hotel. Would definitely return and recommend. "
