The building is an historical hotel. Uniquely decorated rooms, to a high standard. Very clean, with amazing staff. Situated centrally Downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.

Jim at the front desk made our Cranbrook weekend memorable! Hotel was in a fantastic location for our needs, super friendly staff and excellent dining immediately around the hotel. Hotel is older but well looked after, beds were very comfy and the customer service was above excellent. Highly recommend :-)

Jim at the front desk was awesome, went out of his way to get my motorcycle screen cleaned. He gave a good history of the hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean. I’ll be staying here whenever I’m in Cranbrook. Pub next door is very good as well.

This is a great historical property. It was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. For folks with mobility challenges, just be aware that if you are on the second or third floor there are a lot of stairs to climb, no elevator.
