"The customer service at this hotel was great and wonderful and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The beds were very comfortable especially after a long day of travel. Location was good, right next to ASU. The only things that made this not great was there was some sticky stuff on the carpet, (I’m not a big fan of carpeting in hotels in the first place) and I also wished there was some water bottles in the room like many other hotels. I would stay here again and do recommend it. "

"Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Don’t expect much breakfast at this hotel. Both mornings there were no cups. The first morning I used a cup of my own. The second morning i asked the girl that was there at 6 am on Saturday 4/27, if she could put out some cups. She told me where to find them in the cabinets, never looked up. I mentioned that i guess i have to find them myself. The lady that came in after her was very nice. Room could have been cleaner, but wasn't bad. "

"while the hotel was excellent, very attractive, staff was great, if you were standing outside and looking at the hotel entry, the exit from the parking lot, which would be to the right had some type of hole or something that shook our entire vehicle as we entered since we were coming in Toward evening evening and it was not expected to encounter that. And we are not talking a small bump. It really did jar our automobile. Other than that great place! "

"The hotel was in the process of being renovated. I was a little irritated that our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. The hotel is very open and spacious. Our room was large and overlooked the pool. There was no hot tub but a 2 foot unheated pool was designated for small children. The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to area restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety for the kids. "
