"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. "We have enjoyed our stay at the studio. It was a bit dated, and not very clean as the guests have to tidy up after the stay themselves, but we had most of the things we needed. The location is great once we figured out the timings for the bus and the bus stops. The studio has a nice view and balcony, and it’s ski in / ski out so really nice. Phil’s instructions were very good. One thing to note - there was only one small heater to dry the ski clothes, and the lockers are not very warm, so...

"The property is excellent.!! Everything is walking distance. The breakfast that they bring you in the morning is fabulous.!!! The only thing I was disappointed was that when I did the check I was told that I had €200 in spa facility. I purchased swimsuits and in checkout I was told that the swimming wear were not allowed inthis spa purchase. I wish I was told that before. "

"Super kind staff in every facet. For us, White 1921 was the best combination of luxury and convenience. Plus the location is very central so there is no need to shuttle around because everything is in walking distance. The breakfast is delicious with some very nice cooked options; and the spa is easy to use. I would absolutely stay here again. "
