「We stayed here while in the area for a gymnastics meet. The host was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. The property was clean & cozy. We stayed here with 2 adults & 2 children and had plenty of space. Easy access to restaurants, Cam Henderson Center, & Marshall Health Arena! We will definitely book again when we’re in the area. 」

「We travel often from SC to OH and stay the night half way in Pikeville. We used to stay in the Hampton Inn, but we found this gem VRBO about a year ago. The location is great, super clean, and very cool. Thx for giving us this option Amelia. 5 stars! 」

「I have never done this style of stay until this trip and this property was incredible. The owners personal touches were welcoming and very well thought out. Beautiful home! 」

「The hospitalized family relative we were supposed to visit, passed away just before we were departing home. Due to other family considerations, we cancelled the entire trip. Any partial refund consideration would be would be greatly appreciated.」

「The property was unique and roomy as advertised, and very convenient to Breaks. The location offers very limited options for dinner, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. Kinda pricey for only 2 people, but great if you are filling the space. 」

「Walkable to downtown」

「The place does not exist. Could not find it. Called the host. Host had phone on not accepting calls. I was in the area for my mom's funeral. Had to scramble to find another place to stay. 」

「This location is exactly as described in the listing. What the listing might not say is how quiet the space is! We were down to move mom into a senior living center and wanted a space that was peaceful after long days of driving and unpacking. Larry's location was just that. The apartment is nextdoor to another apartment, but we never heard a peep! We will definitely stay again when we come down to visit mom or on our way to WNC. 」

「Patrina was a wonderful host. She left a sweet little basket of snacks and bottled water in the refrigerator. Property was very clean and spacious. It was a little hard to find at first.」
