"The Abbey is stunning, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The room called the Refectory was lovely. The Bar really lets the place down, it looks like an early 90’s conference area, completely out of keeping with the rest of the hotel. The room we had was disappointing, it was a Superior with Feature. It said it had living space, but it was a separate room with a bed in it and nothing else. The main room had way to much furniture in it, which left only the space round the bed. It was silly...

"This hotel was really good value for money. The room was spacious even with three of us in it, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Room could do with hooks to hang coats, rather than having to use the wardrobe. "

Very professional had a meal for husbands 60th and all courses and service was fantastic. Only complaint was pillows too flat. Otherwise would definately recommend staying at the Arden. "Check in was very easy and the guy at the desk was friendly. My room was nice but there were a few issues such as the heated towel rail not working (it would switch on for a few minutes and then turn off). Other than that the room was great and cleaned to a perfect standard. "

"Love this hotel with Shakespeare's theme. The dinning area and the corridors are filled with interesting paintings and posters with the writer. The dinning room was excellent. Breakfast is excellent and wonderful service. Should have tried the dinner. Very stylist and beautiful building at the heart of the center."
