「2日の滞在でしたが寒かったので毛布のリクエストをしましたが、ホテル形式の宿で無いため、メールでリクエストしなくてはならず、すぐに持ってきて貰えず寒い夜をすごしました。台所用品も揃っていますが、あまり清潔感が無く、ベッドも埃っぽく備え付けのテーブルも汚なかったです。クローゼットも無く使い勝手が悪いです。電話も目覚まし時計も備え付けではありません。 1階のタイ料理レストランは、清潔感もあり美味しかったです。通りを挟み小さなスーパーもあり、便利でした。近くにはレストランが沢山あるので便利です。」

「The property was as described. Location was excellent. Service was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. Our unit had a great view of the ocean and was close to one of the pools on property. Communication with the property manager before checking in was easy and efficient. We were incredibly happy with the entire process, the property, and the experience. We would certainly book again.」

「This was an absolutely terrible experience. The property owner was completely unresponsive day of booking leaving us stranded with nowhere to go when we arrived. He never got us the check in details, and customer service was atrocious. Finally, 4 hours after the time we were supposed to check in we gave up and booked a hotel that cost us an additional $500.00 from what the booking was supposed to be.
