"We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. "The place is amazing. The nature is present all aound the resort. The employees are so friendly, always with a big smile for us. The food are incredible delicious and a lot of options/ variety to our choice."
