「We loved this hotel. Room 612 is a very nice room. It is located perfectly and is lovely and clean. The food was very nice every evening also with a nice choice. The staff are friendly and the seaside rooms have a great view. We had a ‘bad ‘ neighbor for 3 nights which spoiled it a bit for us with constant noise. The reception did call up and warned them which we were glad of after I phoned down. I cannot blame the hotel for this for sure as they were young kids …. I would highly recommend...

「Really nice place. We went in low season, so is easier to have a good experience. Service was nice too. We didn’t know that the reception was not open all the time, we arrived at 16 and apparently it was already too late. So, make sure you inform yourself before arriving 」

I would like to thank suzanne from the reception for the welcome which was exceptional she welcomed us very well despite our late arrival and served us food while the restaurant was closed and also the animation team which was great」

「The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. 」

「Tout d abord communication parfaite et en francais. Aya a répondu à toutes mes questions et tres rapidement. Hotel bien situé. Propre et bien équipé Seul point négatif l odeur d égout le matin dans la salle de bain qui se dissipe dans la mâtinée et pas tous les matins. Le canape lit aussi pas super confortable alors que le lit est très bien. 」

「Le principe est surprenant mais fonctionne très bien : vous recevez la veille de votre arrivée le nom de l'hôtel où vous êtes affectés pour votre séjour. Pour notre part, l'hôtel El Paso ! Celui ci est propre et la chambre pour 4 était suffisamment grande et équipée pour y passer la nuit. Le gros plus, c'est que vous êtes aux portes du parc et que le parking est gratuit. Il est nécessaire d'aller s'y présenter avant de rentrer au parc PortAventura le 1er jour. Vous vous y enregistrez (le mieux...
