On the ground floor you'll find a double bedroom ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a tranquil night's sleep. Adjacent is a single bedroom. A shower is also available for your convenience along with a well sized kitchen. Venture to another level, discover another single bedroom along with a second shower. A cozy living room compliments this level. Laundry facilities are also included. Cospicua (Bormla) is one of the so called 3 cities together with Vittoriosa (Birgu) and Senglea (Isla). It is located between the two. All three cities boast beautiful architecture and overlooking the mighty bastions of the capital Valletta.
Vittoriosa or as we call it in Maltese, Birgu, is a very old locality with its origins reaching back to medieval times. Prior to the establishment of Valletta as capital and main city of Malta, military powers that wanted to rule the Maltese islands would need to obtain control of Vittoriosa due to its significant position in the Grand Harbour.
This city has a lovely water fronts which hosts as a berth for luxury yachts. Birgu waterfront offers a numerous selection of great restaurants, some of which rank very high on the island.
Cospicua also offers a ferry shuttle service which runs every 30 mins to the a beautiful capital city, Valletta. Each trip costs €2,80 per person and yes, that also includes the return. Each trip takes approx 15 minutes by ferry.

On ground floor level you will find a kitchen / living with built in kitchen appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave and a dishwasher) and a smart TV. All original features were retained in this room having the traditional colourful floorggg cement tiles and restored bare stone with some modern lighting. The place is colourfully decorated with some art work by Mark Mallia who is a self-taught artist who works with abstract and portrait paintings on a variety of mixed media and ceramic sculptures. Born in 1965, Mark has worked in Malta, Monaco, UK and the United States.
Two bedrooms (a double bedroom, and another single one) and a shower and toilet are also found on this level.
On the other level one finds another single bedroom, a small storage tuck out, another shower and toilet as well as a another smart TV in a leisure area with a sofa, which can be transformed into another double bed!
Complementing this level is a small yard with a washing machine and a drier as well.
