The City of Coronado’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Unauthorized parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean and maintain the home, it is not possible to check in early or check out late if another guest is arriving or departing the same day.
