"Love this hotel"

"The room had an Alaska feel to it which I liked, and I live in the city of Anchorage."

"We spent one night here after a miserable experience in Homer. The rooms are huge and very clean!! We loved the option to build a fire in our room even though it was too warm at the time of our visit. We had a delicious dinner out on the patio that overlooks the Kenai river. The food was excellent as well as the service! There is a easy hike down to the river and they will even shuttle you back to the resort if you’re needing assistance back up the hill. This is a beautiful property and cannot wait to return for a longer stay. Orbitz list’s check in time at 3pm but according to the front desk it’s actually 3:30, we were not allowed to check in until 3:30, just an FYI. "

"We really enjoyed our 3-night stay with Summit Lake Lodge. The owners/family, Marty, June, Brandon & Lyndsey made us fill so much like we were at home away from home. Great breakfast, atmosphere and above all terrific customer service from all employees/staff. We highly recommend this Lodge to anyone traveling in Alaska!"
