It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. "We had an amazing time at this wonderful space. Lisa was such a great host. She checked in with us daily to make sure everything was running smooth. Her house had everything we could need and the perfect amount of space. Only wish we had made a little more time to hang out at the house so we could really enjoy all the amenities she has to offer. The yard, pool, hot tub, little fire pit, everything looked so fun. Will definitely have to come back and stay again. Would definitely recommend! "

"Very comfortable stay with lots of room to spread out. Interesting older house with many unique features. We were happy to learn that they recently installed a new furnace and a dishwasher. Lots of cookware and dishes. We spread out over two dining rooms for mealtime which worked well for us. "

"This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. "My stay was comfortable. Host was a consistent communicator who notified me with notes about the space, like controlling the heat. When any issues arose, like someone coming out to check the boiler, i was informed it would affect the heat for a couple hours. Great place to stay. Only thing to note is the apartment is on the first floor; you do hear walking happening above. But it never affected my sleep."
