"Hotels near steps from the train station. A great location for a day trip to Cinque Terra. Purchasing of train ticket and a day pass was quick and easy. The station is great for quick connections to other location in Italy. The close proximity to the train stations allow you extra time to sleep and recharge yourself for other adventures. "

"This was one of our favorite stays on our trip. Nothing beats the view of the ocean and watching the clouds roll in with the church bell chiming in the background. Continental breakfast was great for the price of free. The only thing worth advising is that there are A LOT of steps to get up to the hotel, and with baggage it is not a task to be taken lightly. There is a second elevator in the town that would have solved this problem, but it is still closed for renovation. We managed though, and enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and amazing location."

"We had an amazing experience with the Miremare Hotel. I was traveling with my two adult children and one teen son, they accommodated us with one queen bed and two pull out beds. It was a little tight with all of the beds in there, as expected but the view was splendid. We could see the ocean to our right from our patio and one window, and then the view of the town just ahead. The weather was a little cooler as we traveled in late March, but we were able to sleep with our windows and patio door open the whole night and hear the bell tower in the mornings. The hotel is a a classic Italian building, old style elevator, which was cool! It is kept very clean and in proper working order, the maids come to clean the room daily, the management is on site to oversee the day to day operations and the staff work hard to make sure that everything is clean and tidy. They let us use an iron, and unfortunately, it stopped working, so one of the staff offered to iron our clothing for us, which was so kind! They also had helpful instructions about parking in the area and re-heated my teen’s pizza for him for a late snack! It was fun to enjoy the street market directly across the street on Thursday morning and there is both a small botega and a pharmacy conveniently located behind the hotel in case you need any late night, snacks or pharmacy items. I will say the highlight of the experience was Giovanni in the restaurant for breakfast every morning. He really brought the life every morning, "

"Around a 10 minute walk from the train station and centrally located for restaurants and bars and around a 10 minute walk to the port. Check in is at a different location just around the corner and staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, quiet location and great bakery just across the street. "

"It was very good. Staff extremely helpful and lots recommendations. Breakfast at the hotel very good choices, and would highly recommend taking the rate with breakfast included, unless you have a car. They have a restaurant very good too. Hotel has a nice terrace port view and great to have drinks that you get at the lobby bar. "
