"Great front desk and very clean and quiet."

"We love this property! The pools, hot tubs, whole units with full kitchen, bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, living room and balcony with bbq.... We like it so much that before we have left this time, we booked next Christmas vacation here...1 year in advance... My comments here are only a personal suggestions to the management for improvements.... 1. It would help if you send a contractor/maintenance service to go over everything in the units ,like...sinks, kitchen cabinets, microwave, etc....as the condition of some is not great... 2. King size beds should have king size pillows( wife's suggestion) 3. kitchen supplies are quite poor...ex. only a bread knife to cut fruits and veggies. Very small soup bowls, plates... 4. Games/activity room for kids would be a great addition besides the pools when it's super cold or rainy... Highly recommend this resort, as we will be back soon!!! "

They could improve check-in time COVID19 is over and when you have to wait until 4:00 to check-in it leaves you in a rush to unpack and get ready to go out for dinner, especially when my husband has to eat at 5:00 because of transplant medication."
