So cute…
Such an adorable place and exactly as described. The house walk walking distance to town square and inspire of all the rain, a great time was had. Cheryl communicated all info and was a great host. I hope once the house sells, they keep it on the market as a rental because we will rent again for our next trip!

Downtown Columbia TN
3 old married couples rented the house for family event in Columbia. Two block walk to great food and shopping. House was awesome and worked well for our 3 night stay. The layout allowed for privacy in the bedrooms living room kitchen allowed for great visits and conversation. House was very clean and well decorated and well maintained Would rent again if we came back to the area

Perfect!
A group of girlfriends booked the house since we were in the area for a concert at the Mulehouse. The house was beautiful and suited our needs. No issues at all and the owner was great to communicate with. Just a short 7 minute walk to the venue and the downtown square area.

Great house
This updated house was soo nice and beautifully decorated. The house isn’t far from the cute downtown area with restaurants and shops. The area around the house is still being developed and will be great once it is done. At night the area is a little concerning with a less desirable gas station a block away, but felt safe during the day to walk around. Would definitely rent again.

Great Reno
This house is brand new inside. Literally smells like they just finished building it out. Parking next door in a big lot was great. Location is close to all the action. You can tell in a couple years the surrounding neighborhood will catch up to this nice property. Buildings around the property are a little run down around the house, but can’t beat the newness and location to town.
