「Foi minha segunda vez neste hotel. A primeira vez ficamos encantados com o hotel, mas desta vez sentimos falta de cuidado com o local, com luminárias sujas e instalações que precisam de mais cuidado. O hotel continua bom, a localização é ótima e bem próximo a vários restaurantes excelentes. A vista é muito linda, tanto para a cordilheira como também para os vinhedos. O café da manhã piorou também e deixou de ser ótimo para razoável.」

「Lovely hotel in the Santa Cruz area, convenient to many of the local wineries. The majority staff were not as attentive and 'on the ball' as others we encountered in Chile, but we still had a lovely stay. The pool area was a lovely space to chill out and it was always very quiet. The breakfasts were good, but the other meals were 'below par', I wouldn't suggest planning to eat your main meals at the hotel.」
