「The place is not as clean or luxurious as they advertise. The mattress was very old, squeaky and very soft. The type of soft that just sinks when you lay down and it’s impossible to sleep on. When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous....

「The furniture is outdated, the rooms have smoke smell, the shower is rusted on some of the rooms. The breakfast is pretty bad - not too much diversity, coffee is average. The hotel has a great location and good parking, if they would renovate it would be a very good hotel. The receptionist was ok, but he was not aware if there are any water boiling facilities in the room or not. 」

「Although the cleaning fees were not stated on Expedia, the apartment was cute with customer service answering the phone and giving me prompt advice when needed. Except the kitchen appliances and cutlery support as well as knifes, forks, etc. and theirs drawer, the apartment was clean and really cozy, with a big balcony facing the park on the west.
