"The hotel is very old and outdated. The bed is the smallest I have ever slept in the entire life. There was a roof leak in the bathroom. No kettle in the room to make tea and the weather was so cold. I went to ask for water to make tea, I was charge €4 for hot water only. The dinner was so o expensive and tasteless. I paid €261 for a night. What a waste. "

"The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. "This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful.
