"We stayed for 4 weeks this year and last. Great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to some fun restaurants too. We would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Ft. Morgan!! Also, Shonna is always so nice to work with. She is so friendly, helpful, and responsive."

"The house was nice. The covered deck overlooking the bay was perfect. Such a peaceful area for a couple that wants to reconnect. I told my wife that I I would rate this as a 10 out of 10 except for one thing. That bed! It is way too soft. Upgrade it please! "

"House was great there were just two issues the Dryer didn’t work and one of the lights in the bedroom did not work other than that it was great."

"We got this condo at the surp of the moment last minute trip. It was small but mighty. It had everything we needed for that weekend. The property grounds were clean and quiet. It was plenty of pools and stuff to do, and the beach was in walking distance. We had so much fun and was well relaxed during and after our trip. Would most definitely book this condo again."

"House was perfect for our annual Mother Daughter get away. Pool was needing attention but cleaner came before noon next day. Fully enjoyed the beach and pool for the remainder of our stay. Would highly recommend the home and will reserve for next year! Perfect!"

The garbage disposal had to be reset after each use with the button on the bottom or side. Towel racks in the bathrooms would really be nice instead of hanging towels over the shower rod. The master bath sink and bathtub drain very slowly. In the kitchen, a dish cloth would have been nicer than a...

"The property & house is beautiful. The parking situation is not conducive to a unit that holds 16 people."

"We’ve stayed at this complex for years. Our usual unit just wasn’t available so we booked this one. The layout was really nice, love that it was on the ground floor and right by steps, which was convenient for carrying in stuff. However, the beds in this unit desperately need an upgrade. "

"The first thing I did was get stuck in the sand, and I had to be towed out. The driver said they sure need more gravel on the driveway. It looks as if the right side has washed away. Anyway, the floor is warped, and there is paint missing on the window sill and cabinets. I say this because I don't wish to be dinged for damages. Overall, we had a great time. The home is lovely, and dishes, towels, etc were all plentiful. I would rent it again if the driveway were fixed and there was no swing"

"This condo is good for a couple night stay but if we'd planned our usual week+ stay here, I would've wished we booked elsewhere. Absolutely no silverware in the kitchen and only 2 tiny pots to cook with. Beds, especially the main one, were absolutely terrible and need replaced. This condo is easily accessible from the elevator or stairs. It was cleaned fairly well prior to arrival. Stocked with plenty of bath towels and AC works amazing."

"Enjoying the history related to this property. The courtyard is beautiful. The elevators were not working so this created added trips back and forth to the car to unload items. The sink stopper was missing and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The staff were very pleasant and Apologetic about the elevators. "
