Updated 1940's beach cottage with all the comforts of home! One of THREE cottages available (VRBO #501808, #621877 and 827904), FOR LONGER RESERVATIONS (28 nights+) PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE FOR RATES. Ground floor fourplex, Your private residence includes, WIFI, your own fenced-in and private, beautifully landscaped back yard with newly paved garden / dining area and Hammock / charcoal BBQ. Two private bedrooms, master with King bed accommodations and HDTV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds with 32' HDTV, and full size sofa bed in living area when necessary. All HDTV's include basic cable and Roku with Netflix subscription. Our cottage includes your own stacked washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, Kitchen with oven/microwave and all the amenities of home! Charcoal grill for your outdoor barbecues, and Netflix subscription for those lazy nights inside! Your own private entrance, walk across the street to outdoor terrace dining! Rent a bicycle/surfboard/paddleboard on our block or take a surf lesson! Walk for coffee, breakfast, dining and entertainment on Cottage Row! Too many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance to name, you can also enjoy a little of the Cocoa Beach nightlife without having to use your car! The Perfect Stay
The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach.

Wonderful Stay in Cute Cottage

Great Stay
This vacation home is exactly as advertised! Great location in downtown Cocoa Beach and a block off the beach. Everything provided to walk to the beach and enjoy the day. Great spot for our family of three and will definitely use again in the upcoming years.

Best Cottage Ever

Grandkid trip
Three days and a half with our grandson in FL. We chose Cocoa Beach for proximity to Sea World and the Kennedy Space Center. We chose our wonderful VRBO for beach access. Also we found the area walkable to shops and restaurants! Debra was an amazing host!

Absolutely ADORABLE cottage close to everything...lush foliage and great decor. We will for sure be looking to return soon. Could not think of anything missing...had a relaxing week, and our furbabies loved the enclosed yard.

Great location and beautiful cottage!
Loved the Cocoa Beach cottage! Beautifully maintained. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even a cart to carry everything to the beach were provided. Fantastic location close to beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean, and very comfortable. Loved the front porch and the back patio. So much better than staying in a high rise. Hope to stay again sometime.

Great Place to Stay
We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage in Cocoa Beach. The accomodations were comfortable with a fun beach cottage feel. Having a private back yard with garden furniture was a huge bonus. The smells of the blooming plants and the sound of the birds made it very special. Being so close to the beach meant we could go at our whim. Town was great fun with restaurants, shops and music. The owner and caretakers were very kind and helpful. This was a perfect place for us.

What a Gem!
The beach cottage furnishings are very charming and luxurious, and the the provided amenities were such a treat. Both made our stay extra special. We appreciated Debra Concepcion’s friendly communications and explicit instructions. That made us feel welcomed and set expectations that were easy to meet.We have stayed in Cocoa Beach many times in previous years for family gatherings, but from now on, we know THE VERY BEST place to stay.

Thanksgiving holiday
Overall this is a great property to stay if you have a pet. Bed was very comfortable and the property is private. Small but cozy and very cute place. They had snacks for us and dog bowls to use. close to beach and great restaurants across the street. Could use a deep cleaning on floors. And disinfecting to get pet smell out. But would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic place, great location
My two adult daughters and I spent several days in this cottage and also several days in the cottage next door. Both places were lovely and very clean. Debra was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We had to extend our stay, hence the moving cottages, and she made it very easy for us to shift from one place to the next. The onsite managers were great - they even moved all our food + luggage from one cottage to the other one while we were out sightseeing! The location is great for walking to a number of restaurants as well as to the beach. We really appreciated the sun umbrella and beach chairs! We'd definitely stay there again if we're ever back at Cocoa Beach.

Oasis from home
Our trip was amazing. We live in central Florida but staying at this lovely cottage was a game changer. We stayed over memorial weekend and while I would have expected the beach to be packed (and it was) the area where this cottage is didnt seem to get too much traffic. We were just a short walk away from the water. The cottage was so homey that we almost didnt even want to go to the beach and stay in the yard on the hammock soaking in some sun. So many lovely places to eat within walking distance. The home was filled with basically everything you could need. Everytime I would cook something I would think "oh the kitchen wont have this ie strainer for pasta, measuring cups, oven mits, grilling supplies... open the cabinet and there it was. Size of everything was perfect, from the beds to the bathroom to the kitchen. The onsite handyman helped us get into the cottage when I stood there stumbling with the code. The front porch with the lit up tree was amazing. I am seriously obsessed with that gorgeous tree. All in all our stay was absolutely lovely and we would love to go back.

Family of four, 2 night stay
I have lived in Florida for 13 years. My family has taken many trips to various beach communities. We never have a BIG budget for a hotel but we try to seek out the best option. We were going to stay at a hotel $99/night but it just looked shabby. It wasn't worth saving $100 for our 2 night stay, so we chose this cottage #225. I can not give it high enough reviews. 1. It is FULLY stocked. I mean this lady thought of everything. The kitchen has toaster, microwave, blender, teapot, stockpot, pots, pans, even an array of spices, knife set, dishrags, dish towels, etc... The appliance are new stainless steel and are impeccably clean. Turn on the ice maker when you get there though. It was off for us. It only takes an hour or two and then you have ice 2. Bedrooms. Comfortable and (more importantly) clean. Master has a king bed and the 2nd room has two twin beds and a trundle. Each has a tv with cable and netflix. 3. The man and woman who watch the property are very nice! 4. The backyard is so cute. There is a table with umbrella for 4, a hammock, and a nice patch of grass for a small pet or some kids. It is fenced for safety. 5. The owner nicely supplies you with a beach cart, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels. 6. Washer and dryer with detergent. 7. The bathroom is updated very nicely. Great tile in shower. And also very clean. 8. The living room has a nicely sized, comfortable couch for my small family. The TV is huge and you can use netflix or cable. There is a dining table with chairs for 5. 9. The whole place is decorated very nicely, beachy without being kitschy. The flooring is a wood look tile (that I have in my own home but a different color). No nasty carpeting in this rental. You can tell she payed a lot of attention to detail when renovating/updating. The rooms have ceiling fans and there is central air. The hall closet is stocked with various extra items you may need (extra blankets, towels, etc). 10. Proximity to the beach: it took my husband, 12 year old son, and I about 5 minutes to walk there with our 11 week old son in tow and a bunch of beach stuff. Not bad. 11. Wifi worked great. 12. Not to sound like a broken record, but the most important attribute of any rental to me is cleanliness...and this place delivered. OH! And she had a children's potty seat there for us! Our kids are too big or small but nonetheless I was super impressed that she thought of it though!!!

Loved this place!
This is the quintessential beach cottage. Very well equipped, very clean, very homey. The linens were soft - not the sandpaper linens you get thru rental agencies. Great beach chairs, beach cart, everything you need! SUPER convenient to NUMEROUS restaurants/bars, short walk to historic Cocoa Beach & 1 block off the ocean - easy stroll. Will definitely be back!

Beach Cottage
If you are looking for a house near Cocoa Beach this is a nice place located just a block and a half from the beach. The owner and care takers are very prompt to respond to questions and very helpful. The place was impressively clean. The only downside for me was the road noise, particularly in the morning when traffic was heavier. Despite that, I would still recommend this rental for a beach getaway.

Great location and wonderful accommodations!
Very clean and nice accommodation with everything needed for a great vacation. Less than five minute walk to nice beach on ocean or to various good restaurants/shops. Within hour drive to Orlando/Disney World. Great location for dogs with private fenced in backyard. Would love to return again.
