"A reasonably good value for location space and apartment size. TV had poor clarity and some outlet/switches were not functional. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping was on request and then did a spotless job when used. Security for complex was excellent even during the New Year celebration that was a block away. This is my third stay with a Solemar apartment and will be my go to when in Fortaleza."

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."

"This residential hotel is so much more comfortable than staying at a supposedly fancy hotel nearby. For the solo business traveler or vacationing family. There is a nice coffee shop across the street and the hotel is 2 blocks from the beach. Very quiet and comfortable."

"Localização excelente, com um atendimento maravilhoso pôr parte de todos os funcionários e da Solemar. Ar condicionado... todos novos, camas, travesseiros e lençóis muito confortáveis, só faltou uma colcha ou edredom, mas no todo os quartos são excelentes. Cozinha completa, com utensílios e panelas de boa qualidade. Em fim... tudo perfeito."

"A estadia foi boa. Lamentamos que o condiminio estava em reforma, e assim a piscina de crianças não estava disponível. Seria interessante o apartamento ter aspirador de po, para facilitar a limpeza diária devido à areia da praia. Por fim deu tudo certo, o condomínio é muito bom, e o atendimento foi excelente."

"A localização do apartamento é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos e transporte público. Contudo, a experiência deixou a desejar. O colchão era desconfortável, prejudicando o descanso. O apartamento estava visivelmente desgastado e necessitando de reparos, com móveis em más condições. A cozinha tinha poucos utensílios básicos, tornando difícil preparar refeições. Além disso, o ar condicionado não era suficiente para refrescar o ambiente adequadamente. Não havia itens de limpeza...

"Lovely apartment with partial sea-view, only 50 metres fro beach. 24 hour security guards at entrance. Clean, spacious, luminous, good wifi. Daily housekeeping. On the negative side, the aircon in the main bedroom leaks water inside."

Bem localizado para passeios a pé e prático acesso a táxi e Uber. Ótima oferta de restaurantes e comércio de supermercado e drogaria ao redor. "

"Experiência maravilhosa nessa acomodação. O apartamento muito bom e o condomínio com várias opções de lazer. A comunicação ótima! Sempre respondiam prontamente. Amamos e indicamos. Alguns pontos de melhoria já foram repassados e atendidos. Por exemplo: a pia da varanda que estava entupida e a limpeza do banheiro que tinham alguns pelos. Nada que atrapalhou nosso período, mas que pode ser melhorado. "

"I like the value of this location, very big and clean. Easy to find and peaceful overall. A good view and walkable to the beach. convenience overall."

"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."
