「My brand new shirt that I was ironing to wear for a funeral was damaged due to a damaged ironing board. I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. 「Overall, we have a good stay. Lots of free on site parking. Check in was easy but the room was quite far with lots of up and down stairs). The room itself was fine, nice to have snacks. Could have been a bit cleaner and the TV was tiny. The bathroom was good but the shower screen is too small so water would drip outside of the bathtub onto the floor. 「Stayed in a twin room with sea view. Most desirable location where you can watch and listen to the ocean even lying in bed. Food and the drinks were excellent, staff are professional,warm, polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. Windows are openable for fresh air. 「Property was located right in the heart of Wrexham, with easy/convenient walk from the train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Staff was extremely friendly on check-in. Room and bed were very comfortable for my two night stay. Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, however, everything was very clean and worked perfectly. 「Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is old but clean. Breakfast was nice, bar was nice. Car park got busy on the Friday, only space left was under a tree. Next morning the front left hand side and windscreen of my car was caked in bird mess, horrible thick black filth. I got a bucket of water from reception and was able to scrape the thick mess off my windscreen but had to wait until I got home to clean off the rest of the mess - went to a local handwash and had to pay a bit extra for the clean.
