"Convenient hotel attached to Terminal 2 at Heathrow. Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet. Note that there is another Hilton Garden Inn in the area so doublecheck the address if taking Uber. We had to pay for a 2nd Uber because we were dropped at the wrong one that was about 10 minutes from the right hotel."

"The property itself is okay, I had a few issues such as dust in the room, a tv that was not smart or working properly with normal tv, jacuzzi that was out of order, spa facilities that felt more like I was in a community centre and wifi that stopped working on our last day, however, once I told the staff about the issues with the tv and the room cleanliness, they turned it around for us overnight and cleaned the room to a high standard as well as offering us robes, slippers and a complementary...

"Excellent place to stay and the presentation and options were fantastic. Loved the TV coming up from the bottom of the bed. However, when I told friends where I’d stayed and attempted to describe the red velvet wallpaper, dimly lit room with leather floors, gold tiled bathroom and leather studded bed & and animal prints, they called me a pervert!!.
