This charming 3 bedroom home is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable escape close to downtown Cleveland.

Step inside and you'll find a beautifully decorated interior, complete with modern amenities and cozy furnishings. The open layout of the living and dining area is perfect for spending quality time with loved ones, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

As the day comes to an end, retire to one of the comfortable bedrooms, each offering a tranquil atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. One bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on the first floor as well, with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen, and a large master with a king bed and a twin trundle. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Wake up feeling refreshed and head outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious front porch. The backyard features a propane grill and a small enclosed sunroom.

*Please keep in mind this home is old and has some quirks. The stairs to the second floor are pretty narrow and the ceiling slopes, so please watch your head as you go up/down. The driveway is very narrow, please be careful not to hit the side of the house or the curb if you park all the way on the back or garage.*

Remodeled house is a good fit
Nicely remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath house with modern touches and appliances. Very comfortable layout and it is obvious the owner takes pride in his property.

Family visit
Beautiful clean property, in a very respectful, quiet neighborhood. We even had a few residents come up and say hello and ask us about our visit. I really respected that as well, it made me feel more at home.
