"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

The house is in a good location, there are three supermarkets within walking distance and the beach is only a short drive away. Allerdings befinden sich im Sockel zwei Zimmer, die nur über einen Lichtschacht belichtet sind und daher eine deutlich verminderte Qualität haben. Die Ausstattung ist ganz ordentlich, könnte aber ein bisschen verbessert werden (Besteck und sonstige Utensilien). In den Bädern fehlen Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern."

"Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent."

"This a a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable in all areas, plenty of outside furniture around the pool. It's quite a climb up from the town (conversely an easy downhill walk into town which takes 10 mins). The upper terrace offers a wonderful view of the whole bay, the beach is an easy bus ride away or a slightly longer walk. We felt the handover was a bit rushed though, however communication with the owner was, on the whole, good."
