"This is a beautiful beach house, right on the water. Lots of amenities and upgrades. We loved the screened porch and upstairs deck. We were fine with the spiral stairs but they may be potentially challenging for some guests. The area is a little isolated and the beach was quiet in mid-October, which was perfect for us! "This house had the most amazing views and was clean and tidy. It was perfect for us and the dogs. The yard was clean and mowed and provided plenty of room for frisbee play which is part of my german shepherd's job. The kitchen was very adequate for our needs! As expected, the upstairs bedrooms were "historic" and the staircase was steep also "historic". The showers were perfect. We had a great visit and would love to come back here!"

"Very clean, quiet, good rate, and nice breakfast. Kim's attitude comes across short,rude and sometimes nasty. The rest of the staff are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall the stay here is really good. No issues with rooms. Parking is best when you arrive early "
