Parking is only 500 yen (~$3.75), and is on-site, but is an automated garage, so you need to take everything you might need with you as it is a hassle to get anything out of your car until the next morning. "No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

Short 2nights stay in Fukuoka city

"Hotel is conveniently located across Hakata station, aa short 2 minutes walk from the West exit. Check in was a breeze with the help of the reception staff. Hotel adhere strictly to check in time of 2pm but no issue leaving the bags in the premises after the registration process."

"This hotel is super good and nice, the staffs are super nice and the equipment are clean and organized. The location is great as it is only a 5 min walk to the hakata station and other subway station, also close to the canal city mall and the location is surrounded by restaurants. We traveled as a family with a small children of 2 years old, hotel was able to arrange a step stool for him during the stay in addition to the kid amenities. There was an accident happened during our stay, the staff act quick and helped us arrange an ambulance to the emergency room. We eventually had to extended 2 more nights for weekend but the hotel is fully booked when we tried to look online, the front desk staff was helpful and did a little magic to let us extend our stay without changing to another room, he even helped us to cancelled the hotel we originally booked with which is on another town. We would definitely stay in this hotel for our next visit to Fukuoka as well as recommend to our friends."
